The ice making container is made up of 2 parts, a cold room at a temperature of -10ºC and an ice making machine that can range from 3 to 10 tons production. This container leaves our facilities 90% finished and requires a final assembly to be carried out at its place of exploitation.

There is the possibility of installing the ice machine inside a 10ft container that can be directly placed on top of the container that stores the ice.

Features

  • 20ft or 40ft container, depending on required storage capacity, temperature -10ºC.
  • Ice making capacity 3,5 or 10 tons per day.
  • Flake ice thickness: 1,5mm - 2,2mm. Up to 3mm on request reducing the production capacity.
  • Pivoting exterior door with PVC strip curtain.
  • Insulation with sandwich panel 150mm polyurethane foam.
  • Bitzer semi-hermetic compressor and high-performance cubic evaporator.
  • Option of ice blocks with productions of 4 tons per day in bars of 25kgs.
